Nick French

Nick has been practicing law since returning home to Wichita in 2020. Prior to joining Bull Attorneys, he discovered the fulfilling nature of fighting for the rights of those wronged by the carelessness of others at DeVaughn James in all stages of personal injury cases, from working against insurance companies towards fair settlements to providing a voice for his clients through litigation and at trial. Having personally experienced how insurance companies defeat and disregard those who trust others will do the right thing, Nick quickly found his niche in compassionately helping injured victims of car/motorcycle/commercial vehicle wrecks, hazardous conditions and improper property maintenance and repairs where he has helped his clients recover millions across the state of Kansas in settlements and verdicts. Nick brings a uniquely personal experience to his clients where he combines his ability to truly understand what victims are experiencing and his technical and mechanical background to understand and prove how the circumstances of their injuries occurred.

Nick's passion for helping clients through loss and complex legal issues in the courtroom began with the tragic death of a motorcycle rider in Wichita whose wife was rejected and ignored by the insurance company. Nick has a well-rounded understanding of the language of value insurance companies speak and has successfully helped hundreds of Kansans achieve fair settlements prior to litigation, and often prior to trial. Nick understands the difficulties and rigors of trial and proudly empowers his clients with a voice in front of the jury. Nick takes the time to truly see his clients and value the experiences of those who trust him for advice and expertise instead of reducing them to an arbitrary number. Since 2023, Nick has obtained over $1,000,000.00 in jury verdicts for his clients from jury trials, including two verdicts against multi-billion-dollar companies. Nick's advocacy for his clients remains steadfast regardless of the size or status of the defense.

Nick received his undergraduate education at Wichita State University, where he was heavily involved in organizations aimed at improving the University and Wichita community. Nick was one of three students elected to represent the student body in the development and implementation of Wichita State University's Innovation Campus which brought new growth and countless opportunities to the community, on and off campus. Nick competed on the WSU Shooting Sports Team and served as the Vice President and later President for the team. After graduating Cum Laude from Wichita State University, Nick served Wichita as an independent contractor, handyman, and a maintenance technician for both commercial properties and residential apartment complexes. Nick left Wichita to attend Washburn University School of Law where he competed on the Client Counseling team for two years and worked in the Small Business and Transactional division of the Washburn Law Clinic providing legal services to individuals without the financial ability to hire an attorney.

Nick grew up in Wichita and has proudly observed the Midwest tradition of serving the community and others in need. Nick demonstrates this passion in helping injured victims put their lives back together and fight for true compensation for their injuries. Nick is licensed to practice law in Kansas State and Federal District Court. He is a member of the Wichita and Kansas Bar Associations along with the Kansas Trial Lawyer Association. In his free time, Nick enjoys spoiling his dogs, spending time with his friends and family, working with his hands on vehicles or house repairs (especially while teaching others), riding motorcycles, learning new skills, and visiting his friends in Mexico.
