Brad Pistotnik

Bradley A. Pistotnik is a successful trucking litigation lawyer who graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law receiving a J.D. in 1981. Since then he has developed one of the largest personal injury firms in the state of Kansas with a concentration in tractor-trailer crash litigation, catastrophic motor vehicle crash litigation, delivery driver crash litigation which usually requires suing the tortfeasor's employer or hiring entity for negligent hiring, training, supervision, and retention. Mr. Pistotnik has an extensive knowledge of the FMCSR, DOT Regulations, ANSI Standards applicable to the Transportation Industry and with Risk Management Compliance regarding all injury accidents where a company or employer provides a business vehicle to an employee. He has authored the book "Truck Accidents Kill" and has taught seminars for accidents relating to the trucking industry.
